i arrived 2 days ago in malaysia for playing the 1 star tournament which starts on wednesday. te facilities are great, the courts, lower tin and the hotel are just amazing! i am seeded 3, but its gonna be tough right from the first match, as i ll be playing a local ranked 105 in the world, called nafzahizam adnan. i ve hit a few balls yesterday and today to get used to the court, the heat and the time difference.. i am feeling a bit tired from travelling, but it ll be fine until the tournament starts..

hello together

at the moment i am doing a lot of summer training, including a lot of basic endurance stuff, core work and also i am going to the gym to strenthen my body. the next week i am off to france for a trainings week together with my french league team mate, greg march. i hope its gonna be a lot of fun, combined with a lot of fitness work.

finally i made it, i am gonna get my degree tomorrow evening! that means no more school, so that i can fully focus on my squash. as there arent many tournaments at the moment, i decided to take a little break from squash for 1 week as we will be going on holidays to mallorca with my class mates. now i am just focusing on squash, i am gonna work really hard during the summer with my fitness choach to be well prepared for the upcoming new season. my major focus is on the 2 tournaments in august ( kuwait and saudi qualis).

i declared the month October to the month of my chaise after some psa points. first the world open and now i am going to Turino for a super satellite. i have to play qualifyings, but if everything goes the right way i should be able to get to the main. but my aim is it after my good performances before to win this tournament and get some more points to improve my ranking. so i try to keep u informed..

this season i changed my club form Karlsruher SC to Stuttgart cos my old club decided noz zo play in the first league anymore. We had to play against Koblenz. i wasnt sure who i was gonna play, cos they werent sure if theire no 1 LJ anjeman ( ned) can make it to be there after his performance at the worlds. Read more »

After beating Harford (eng) in the first round of qualifying i had to play an old junior friend campell grayson (nzl). it was a good start like in the last match for me, i took an early lead with 9-7 but then i commited a few errors and the game was lost 9-11. Read more »
